Yesterday, a pedagogical council was held to discuss the plan for the second half of the 2021-2021 academic year. Teachers and staff of the school divided into groups in advance on topics of interest, covered various topics of the educational process: educational, educational and financial according to the standarts of CIS and IB.
The participants of the pedagogical council offered their vision of solving the challenges of the modern educational and educational process.
For example, the Reflective group presented an Action plan for the next academic year, where the themes of the units of the educational part will be introduced into the plan of upbringing work.
Thinkers proposed to resume the school tradition of celebrating Nauryz, where each class represents one ethnic group: its culture, traditions, national food and clothing.
The Balanced group made a SWOT analysis of the student exchange program within the framework of the international partnership of IB schools.
Risk-takers proposed to introduce a systematic approach of differentiation, which will also solve the issue of inclusive education.
Teachers also considered the issues of providing emotional support to students, technical equipment of the school, opportunities for becoming better. According to the director Aidar Bulatov, all the opinions will be taken into account when drawing up the strategic plan of the school in the future.
The heated discussion of the future of the school smoothly flowed into the congratulatory part: diplomas and letters of thanks from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Nur-Sultan, AEO “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” and the International School were awarded to teachers and staff whose work is invaluable.
