Students of the 4th “A” class of the Nur-Sultan International School visited the museum of the poet, writer, statesman Saken Seifullin. This year, the republic celebrates the 125th anniversary of the poet and cultural events are held in all corners of our country. An example is the cultural visit of our students to the museum of the poet.
During the tour, students received complete information about the life and work of the poet. We looked at the personal belongings of Saken Seifullin, got acquainted with the documents stored in the archive. In addition, the students of our school had the opportunity to see a collection of books and photographs published during the lifetime of the poet.
During the children’s trip, the museum employee who conducted the tour stopped at the history and specifics of each item that belonged to the poet. The students felt that the small museum was filled with historical data and witnessed new information. The cultural visit has a great cognitive and educational value.
