The work of a teacher is characterized by a high emotional workload: close communication with all participants in the educational process (children, teachers, parents, administration), great responsibility for the life and health of children, as well as for the quality of their acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, the need to be versatile and developing (the use of new techniques, technologies in work).

One of the forms of effective psychological assistance to teachers is a training session.

The psychological service of the school introduced teachers to the practical skills of dealing with the syndrome of emotional burnout, namely the methods of “mandalotherapy”.

The participants received a positive attitude, feedback and memos about the prevention of burnout and what should and should not be done during burnout.
