On May 16, guests from the St. Petersburg Palace of Creativity of youth Katunova M. and Ishchenko E. arrived to the International School of Astana in order to exchange the experience of additional education. For colleagues from Russia there was a campus tour, showing the daily life of the school. The additional education classes as the Chess Academy named after Darmen Sadvakasov, the robotics room, the pottery workshop were very interesting for the teachers. The guests were honored to listen to the works of outstanding composers of the Kazakh steppe performed 1st and 6th graders in the lecture hall. According to guests from St. Petersburg, the International School of Astana has created good conditions for obtaining qualitative education and comprehensive development of children. At the end of the visit, memorable gifts were given.
