Today the School Staff held encouraging and energizing corporate team building activities. Organizing such events is a great way to reduce stress, facilitate bonding, build positive relationships among staff members, and give them the chance to get to know one another outside of the office, as HR specialists claim. Everyone felt nice and refreshed after some fresh air and fun challenges in the playing field. As you see, the participants took lots of cheerful pictures.

Apart from wildly popular team-building exercises, several groups comprising almost twenty participants enjoyed a number of unusual and exciting contests such as puzzle break, classes of different kinds. For example, the participants tried cooking classes during which they prepared fancy meals in the school kitchen. Through the course, all participants had plenty of time to strike up conversation and enjoy the delicious aromas of pies made right before their eyes. Coaches challenged each team to whip up something extraordinary. On the very day there was another relaxing activity, as part of the event the school hosted a group painting class for each team including painting on canvases using fingers (like in the picture), and so on.

To sum up, this team building was a great way to let the school staff to promote team spirit while combining both competition and camaraderie, and express their creativity.

On Saturday Ms Aliya Madhalykova addressed her colleagues as follows: We held our first family event this year. A plethora of warm words was said. And I want to say that this event would not have taken place without you. It does not matter what your position is, what kind of work you implement, no matter how old you are or, where you come from, from Kazakhstan or any other country, as mentioned, “the colour of your skin, nationality, religion, you all were together on the road to achieving a common goal”. Carrying out different tasks, you all were worried about one another, cared for, supported, and helped each other. Some showed their hidden and obvious abilities, others discovered them that day. Following all the principles of teamwork, we realized how important it is to be one team. The team is like the fingers of one hand, which, if necessary, can be squeezed into a fist, showing unity, a single spirit. Let’s try to keep this spirit for a long time. And the motto of our team will always be: “One for all and all for one.” So let the climate of our school be always favourable and the weather be sunny. Let there be more pleasant moments which give joy in life of each of us. Let our life consist of unforgettable events, as a bright mosaic, and every day will give us luck and a wonderful mood. Let this wonderful day become a new step on the way to the highest achievements. United we are strong! Many thanks to all! Our newly arrived colleagues, you are welcome to our family!

Ms Natalya Dirksen, a primary school teacher, says: Thank you for this event. We had a lot of positive emotions and drive.

Ms Samal Demessinova says: We express our gratitude to the administration of the school, to Mr Bauyrzhan Uzakbay. What a wonderful day it was! What a wonderful team we have!

Ms Nazym Amanova says: I am so much pleased to work with such a staff.

Ms Markhaba Kurmanova says: Thanks to all, especially to the main organizer of the event – our Principal, Mr Bauyrzhan Uzakbay. That was an unforgettable team building event! Personally, I’ve been waiting for it for a long time. All well-known and well-established organizations often hold such events. But I think our event was arranged at the highest level and best of all. I hope that we have even more such rallying corporate events ahead of us.

Ms Akmaral Konyssova: The day was wonderful which showed that our school is a habitat for happiness.
